◆ The client must contact me before paying the commission to evaluate it.◆ The content to be edited must be sent (a specific clip from a live stream or a scripted video, along with its script) unless the extra charge for "Finding the content" is commissioned.◆ The client is entitled to three revisions on the delivered video. Beyond this limit, an extra charge will be applied for the additional editing time (see the "Extra charges" section).◆ The video will be delivered in the format requested by the client (this must be specified at the beginning of the project, whether for TikTok, YouTube, etc.).◆ The delivery time will depend on the service: short videos 1-2 days and long videos 7 days. For earlier delivery, refer to the "Extra charges" section.◆ After the total payment amount for the work done is informed to the client, the client has the right to make a "partial payment" of the total amount for the work (for special cases where the client does not have 100% of the established price).◆ All payments will be invoiced through PayPal (if you are in Chile, I can offer other existing payment methods, such as CuentaRut, Mach, Tenpo, Mercado Pago, etc.).◆ The commission will begin to be worked on once the payment has been made and verified by the editor, whether it is 50-100% of the total agreed amount.◆ A shared folder or another preferred method will be created for sending the completed work (WeTransfer, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).◆ If the client wants the completed work to be uploaded in another format to the desired platform, the same work will be charged again to adapt it to the client's desired platform.◆ If the client wants to reach a mutual agreement with the editor, they can contact me via X (Twitter) or email. I will be awaiting proposals.◆ In the event of any delay with a commission, the client will be notified in a timely manner through the means of communication used (Twitter, Discord, among others).◆ If the client does not communicate in a timely manner to confirm the work or does not deliver the material to be worked on, they will be placed on a waiting list, provided they have a valid justification. Otherwise, the commission will be considered completed due to lack of communication from the client.◆ If a client wants to resume the unfinished work (for any reason they did not communicate with me within the established time), a 30% fee of the agreed value will be charged to my person.◆ The material that can be edited includes clips, scripted videos, or live streams up to 3 hours.◆ It is my responsibility and decision to refuse to work on a commission, which is at my discretion to reject.
